Q: Do you accept Purchase Orders?

A: Yes we do. To place your order, go to our ordering wizard. On the payment method page, select the "Purchase Order" option.

Q: I'm not sure about what product I need to order. Please help!

A:

  • If you want to run an application as a service, you need ServiceMill (Service+ is included with it at no extra charge).
  • If you want to monitor and schedule services you need ServiceKeeper (Service+ is included with it at no extra charge).
  • If you only need to administrate services, you need Service+.
  • If you need to administrate services through a command line interface, you need Service+ CL.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Our customers have the ability to fully test our products for 30 days before committing to an order, allowing plenty of time to make a fully informed decision before buying. It is our policy, therefore, not to refund after an Active+ product has been purchased.

Q: How will the software be delivered?

A: You will receive by email within one business day a download link.

Q: What is a VAT number?

A: VAT stands for Value Added Tax. Any European company that can recover sales tax can obtain its VAT number from the tax office and use it to purchase goods within Europe. Providing the VAT number at the time of purchase, the company will be exempted of paying the originator country sales tax.
