Setting the outgoing queues


In order to send messages you need a SMTP server that handles email transport on the Internet. eMill lets you use external servers to deliver your mailing. The Built-in mailer provided with eMill is an SMTP relay server, which is only able to send and not receive email. The Built-in relay server feature is also known as 'Direct Send' or 'Direct Delivery' feature.

Security: Some email servers implement various strategies to limit the risks of improper use (e.g. successfully opening a POP session before allowing an SMTP session). Check with your network administrator if you are experiencing problems with your outgoing queues.
