Incoming Queues

Prior to subscribing the project 'inbox' message folder, you must pre-configure the incoming queues from the options box. Queues displayed in the right list are the actual email inboxes residing on mail servers (e.g. 'From', 'Reply-To', 'Errors-To' addresses) that are specified in the header. Queues displayed in the left list are those that will be polled for messages to transfer to the project 'inbox' folder.

From the Queue/Mailing/Properties menu, click on the Incoming Queues tab:

Highlight one or more queues from the Available queues list.
Click on Add to subscribe the project inbox to the queue(s). You may unsubscribe the inbox from a queue by highlighting it from the left list and clicking on Remove.

Note: Messages transferred from the incoming queues to the project 'inbox' remain on the server. Deleting the messages as they are retrieved is achieved through scripting using the OnAcceptMail event from the Mailing class. Refer to the global script section.
