Publish your Mailing Project

Publishing will generate the transmission queues and prepare all files for rendering and sending. According to your permissions, you can delete a published project from the queues window, make changes from the design window, and re-publish the project.

Open your project and select the File/Publish menu:

Select the eMill Server to publish to: this option is available if there are several licensed eMill users on the network (eMill Enterprise version).
Select the account to use: eMill server accounts that include you as a user will be displayed. You inherit publishing permissions specified during the account setup (Read, Write or Create). If your rights to the selected eMill server are too limited, you may be denied some publishing options.
Check Render messages in order to render messages after publishing.
Check Delete previously rendered messages in order to delete the messages which are already in the Outbox.
Check Start sending messages to run the mailer. New published emails will be directly sent.
Open project in the queues: when this option is checked, eMill will open the queues window and select the published project at the end of the publish process.
Subscribing to incoming queues: In order to allow eMill to receive messages, you must associate your project with the appropriate incoming queue. Note that incoming queues are configured in Tools/Options/Incoming Queues and allow eMill to retrieve messages from your mail server (POP3 Server or file).

Local DSN : Subscribe to this incoming queue to receive notifications when you use the built-in SMTP server and when eMill aborts the sending of a message. To receive these notifications, you must also check the 'Create local delivery notification' option in the Mailer DSN properties.
